Je lichaam en adem beheersen
Yoga is dus voornamelijk de verbinding tussen lichaam en geest. Het verbinden van je lichaam en geest begint voor veel yogi/yogini met bewustwording en ademhaling. Met behulp van yoga-oefeningen kun je tot deze bewustwording komen. Tijdens yoga-oefeningen voer je bewegingen uit met je lichaam.
Yoga kan je deugd doen wanneer...
- Je graag meer rust ervaart doorheen je dag.
- Je zin hebt om te bewegen met pit, maar binnen de grenzen van je lijf.
- Je jezelf graag beter wil leren kennen: gedachten, gevoelens, noden.
- Welkom met of zonder ervaring!

What?
Yin Yoga is a meditative approach that is designed to promote balance in the circulation of energy. With calming intentions, this style of yoga focuses on harmonizing the body and mind. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, each posture, held purposefully for more than 3 minutes, targets specific meridians, will be guided to help you relax and release.These exercises go beyond the muscle layer to help release tension, improve joint mobility & flexibility.
Differences with other yoga styles
The pace is much slower, where poses are practiced while sitting on the mat or lying down completely for a longer time than other styles (3-7 minutes per pose).
